TERMS OF SERVICE
Welcome to 925 Custom Bibles. By placing an order or sending us your Bible for engraving, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Customer Supplied Bibles
Customers are responsible for shipping their Bible to us. Please package your Bible securely, as we are not responsible for damage or loss during transit to our facility. We require all customer owned Bibles to be submitted with photos of the front and back before shipping to us. We highly recommend shipping your Bible with insurance. We take photos of every bible upon receipt and document any damage.
Bibles that are not accepted based on the condition or material of the Bible will be returned at the customers expense. If return shipping is not paid by the customer within 30 days, the Bible will be donated.
While every Bible is handled with the utmost care and respect, laser engraving involves inherent risks. Differences in cover materials, coatings, dyes, and manufacturing can affect engraving results. By submitting your Bible, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
DO NOT send family heirlooms, rare, collectible, or otherwise irreplaceable Bibles for engraving.
If your Bible is damaged in our care and cannot reasonably be remedied, 925 Custom Bibles will replace it with a similar Bible of comparable style and translation, with a maximum replacement value of $50.00 USD. This replacement is the sole and exclusive remedy, and we are not responsible for sentimental, collectible, rare, or additional replacement value beyond $50.00 USD.
Bibles Delivered From Amazon
All Bibles delivered to us from Amazon must be sent with a gift receipt that includes the customer name and our order number, and Amazons order number. Failure to do this will result in longer processing times.
We require the Amazon order number of any bible sent to us from Amazon by the customer. In the event that your bible is damaged upon receipt, we will return and exchange it to Amazon and request a replacement of the same Bible. If the same Bible is not available as a replacement from Amazon, the customer will be contacted with other options. If no other options are available, the Bible will be returned to Amazon and the customer will be responsible with following up with Amazon for a refund. We are not responsible for any issues with refunds between the customer and Amazon regarding their Bible.
Custom Order Deposits
We require a $75 deposit for each Custom Bible that you order with us.
Deposits: The $75 custom order deposit covers the cost of the Bible and initial design time. This deposit is non-refundable once design work or Bible sourcing has begun.
Final Balance & Shipping: Once your custom Bible is completed, we will send you photos of the final piece. The remaining balance must be paid before the item is shipped or delivered.
We want you to be happy with your custom order with us! Please be available via phone, text, or email to approve or change designs, and respond in a timely manner. When contacting us to inquire about your order, please have your order number ready.
Design Approval
Customers are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of all submitted text (including names, dates, Bible references, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and formatting) and artwork before final approval. Any text submitted will be copied and pasted verbatim. Once engraving has begun, no changes, corrections, or refunds will be made due to customer-submitted errors.
Caring For Your Custom Bible
Your Bible is a treasured and meaningful book, and we want to help you keep it looking beautiful for years to come. Handle your custom-engraved Bible with care, keep it away from excessive moisture and heat, and store it in a safe, dry place when not in use. We highly recommend storing your Bible in a cover. Please note that normal wear and tear from regular use is expected over time and may include minor scratches, scuffs, or changes to the cover.
Wipe down your Custom Bible with a soft, damp, washcloth, and avoid harsh chemicals. With proper care, your Bible can remain a cherished keepsake for years to come.
Ownership & Authorization
You certify that you own the Bible you submit or have permission from the owner to have it engraved.
Artwork & Intellectual Property
You represent that you have the legal right to use any logos, artwork, images, or other content submitted for engraving. We reserve the right to refuse any design that violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, or that we believe is offensive, inappropriate, or inconsistent with our values.
Copy written images and intellectual property owned by someone else will not be engraved.
Marketing & Social Media Rights
We love sharing our craft! By submitting your Bible or placing an order with 925 Custom Bibles, you grant us the non-exclusive, worldwide right to photograph, video, and otherwise capture your completed engraving, including any name engraved, as well as the process. We reserve the right to use these images and recordings across our website, social media platforms, marketing materials, and other digital channels to showcase our work. If you prefer that your specific Bible or custom design not be featured publicly online, please notify us in writing at the time your order is placed by emailing us at info@925CustomBibles.com
Business Standards and Right of Refusal
At 925 Custom Bibles, we are committed to honoring Christ in everything we do. We reserve the right to decline any order that is unlawful or inconsistent with our conflicts with our beliefs, values, or mission to Glorify God in all that we do. If we are unable to fulfill your order, any applicable refund will be issued promptly.

Returns & Refunds
Because each engraving is custom-made, all sales are final. Please do your own research on the Bible version, cover, and color you will be ordering and make sure that you are happy with it before you place your order.
Shipping Policies
We ship every Bible and every piece of Metal Art with shipping insurance and tracking to protect your purchase. We ship from Southern California. Bibles are shipped at a flat rate of:
USPS Media Mail $10
USPS First Class: $15
UPS 2nd Day Air $35
UPS Next Day Air $90
We offer free pick up in Laguna Niguel
We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or any damage caused from the carrier.
Order Processing Time and Rush Orders
Estimated production times are estimated and may vary depending on order volume, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
All Bibles are made to order. We strive to make sure we spend the time we need to make your Bible beautiful and up to our standards. Engraved Bibles with Inlay are done by hand and can take up to 3 weeks to complete. Please take this into consideration when placing an order with us and plan accordingly.
Orders are fulfilled in the order we receive them. Rush orders are available for our ready made designs we offer through our website. Rush orders will be fulfilled in 2 business days if ordered before 12PM PST and shipped on the 3rd business day. If ordered after 12PM, they will be fulfilled in 3 business days and shipped by the 4rd business day. Rush orders are processed in the order they are received.
At this time we we only offer rush ordering on our pre-designed Bibles.
Discounted Bulk Orders
Discounted pricing is based on quantity ordered and Bible selection. Bulk orders are considered 5+ of the same design and bible type.
